Your recipe seems to be in the wrong order of ingredients. Instructions indicate mix the first 5 ingredients and they are a mixture of wet and dry. I am going to follow your video instead.

2016 and I'm still making and loving the recipie 🙂 I added Masala spices and turmeric cut the sugar in half and it was amazing! Pumpkin, spice loaf <3 I also covered it with coconut and pumpkin seeds and used whole wheat flour so it's pretty healthy too :3
can i sub almond meal, or oat flour for the flour to make it gluten free? WIll the texture be the same? If i can just switch a specific amount of pumpkin for the banana in the gluten free recipe i will! Thanks!
this is really good! i just made it and it came out amazing 😀 the only thing i changed is that i put in just 0.5 of a cup of sugar instead of 1.5. and it is definitely sweet enough 🙂
