Chicken Piccata (VIDEO)
A classic Italian restaurant dish that’s easy to make at home!
Ingredients:
3lbs of chicken breast cut & pounded in to medallions
Flour for dredging the cutlets
Butter
1 1/2 cups of white wine
1 1/2 of chicken broth
Juice of 1 lemon
small jar of capers
1 lemon sliced
Mix 2 TBS of flour in 1/4 cup of cool chicken broth and use that to thicken your sauce
Serve with Rice or Linguini
Good job!
I cannot stop watching your videos. I love your personality and all your recipes! Any new content soon? Hi from Orlando! 🌴
The capers add a brined flavor kinda salty but not salty it makes the dish so delicious. If you don’t want capers put them in the sauce anyway and just don’t serve them up an if so pick um out. This chicken goes good with pasta or potatoes. So delicious. If you want to switch the Piccata up I add marinated artichoke hearts and I sauté mushrooms then add toward the end with the artichoke. It changes it from traditional Piccata but it’s really delicious to add either of those or both with the capers.. super easy recipe thank you.
When you use the “oh my God” phrase, I shut you off!
Have no interest in anything else you have to say!!!

I made this last night, very good. I’ve made chicken piccata before but this recipe is easier & really is very good! Thanks!
The cooking pan is superb
Very nice
I love her cooking recipes. Good making and eating. Even if she sounds perverse to her cooking!
You forgot to season the chicken. SMH
I love when you said I sound like I know what I’m talking about.
He says, Sometimes 😆🤗👌🏽💕🙏🏼
Love your accent. Good video. nice and silky.
You should deglaze first with the wine, then put butter. You need to lift off the good stuff that was left from the chicken.
I like your videos I like your presentation. the one question I have aren't you supposed to make the gravy from the drippings in the pan when you brown the chicken and then adderal back in with the wine and lemon juice???? I thought so but I'm not sure. helpful end enlightened presentation so I give you a thumbs up thanks for sharing
Thanks ! I'm going to try this sauce recipe with leftover chicken breast and serve it over spaghetti.
LOVE it chicken picatta , your dish looked wonderful !
Great Technic about not mixing the flour into a hot sauce 👌
Wow you did an Excellent. excellent job! AND YES, you made it very clear – you must add capers is correct. Olives does not work.
