Io sono italiana nata in Italia e vivo in Italia. Nella salsa di pomodoro non va l'origano ma il basilico fresco e nella pentola la pasta si deve mescolare in continuazione fino alla cottura, non si mette l'olio nell'acqua. In più quando la pasta è cotta al dente si deve mescolare con una parte della salsa, mentre la parte restante della salsa di mette sopra la pasta. Questa ricetta va bene ma ci sono piccoli accorgimenti da prendere!

I also always add some sugar, like half to full small spoon. It makes acidy tomato taste gone. I quess u had really sweet carrots, or sweet white wine. This is best recipe, dont make it too complecated. And this should be as shown a sous with meat, not only meat as many cooks do.
