To make homemade pasta that little bit different, add spinach to the dough to produce elegant and delicious green fettuccine. This is an italian fresh pasta recipe delicious with all kinds of sauces, but for our Sunday lunch, we decided to add mushroom-and-beef ragù, sautéed with extra virgin olive oil.
Very nice thanks for teaching that ,from your hands I can see how hardworking you are ,you deserve thumbs up
Am an Indian vegetarian. Can you suggest if it's alright to skip the eggs. If I do would there be a change in the proportions
Why only 2 videos? This one is a brilliant, real world, walk through.

Just made and cooked fresh pasta simply with olive oil, green hot chili peppers and garlic for the first time and used to make garlic pasta with dry pasta from the supermarket. I'm telling you…the fresh pasta is 100% more delicious than the dry pasta. It's unbelievably delicious so I recommend to everyone to try and make fresh pasta at least once….well it only takes one time to get hooked hehe.
I think the recipe with spinach is even better. Will try it soon.
