How to Make Chicken Cutlets with Frank Pinello & His Nonna (VIDEO)
Everybody loves a perfectly cooked chicken cutlet—that’s something we can all agree on. So to learn how to do it right, we went right to the source, the master of cutlets: Frank Pinello—owner of Best Pizza in Williamsburg, Brooklyn—and his nonna.
We first tried Frank’s grandmother’s cooking on our episode of Chef’s Night Out with Best Pizza, and we’ve been thinking about it ever since. This cutlet is baked in the oven—not fried—and is served in a lemony sauce with garlic and parsley. As his nonna likes to say, “Viva Santa Fortunata!”

It buzzes me out how similar my culture Portuguese is to Italians especially when it comes to older people the only difference between my grandma and this grandma is the language
I noticed the olive oil in the syrup that is cool she recycles….
I love how she has such a typical classic style Italian accent. "I bringa the breada home-ah."
Very lucky to have a beautiful family that loved you all your life, that’s priceless. The US is a beautiful country
Also coming from a Sicilian family, not American but proud to be able to speak both languages, American-Italian history is amazing 🙂

God Bless your Grandma!! I hope to have that same relationship with my grand-kids. That's a lot of years of experience. Who needs English? LOL
Help!!! @1:44 in the egg paste, my wife insists on adding milk! I have been explaining for the last 5 years that she is not making french toast but only thinning out the sticky egg from holding the batter onto the chicken. She is English, so not only is my wife a bad cook, but she is stubborn as f.
Hate to be a shit head but when u can’t b fucked to learn the language you don’t get citizenship in my book, and England’s.
the Italian she's speaking is amazing. it's a handful of English words in Sicilian accent and the Italian that people spoke back in the early 1900s.
