Bravo! The Don of Food Tube is back with a glorious fresh fish soup recipe direct from his hometown on the Amalfi Coast of Italy. Gennaro is cooking outside in the fresh air with some incredible fish but you can try this at home with whatever fish you fancy.

When he turned to the camera and said, "You are very near to me because we are cooking together" he warmed the heart.
First, I was on the Amalfi Coast last May and stayed at Praiano for a few days. I admired the beauty of nature and especially the driving skills of those bus drivers. Simply amazing, the way they maneuvered the winding narrow roads. Wow! And who said the Italians were short-tempered? No, they were quite courteous to other drivers. No cursing, no yelling, no middle finger. No road rage.
Second, can I use white wine plus fish stock or clam juice instead of water?

I just try the receipe and use mahi mahi fillet fish, taste soooo delicious
