Episode #14 – Tiramisu with Nonna Paolone (VIDEO)

In episode #14 ‎Nonna Paolone shows us how to make everyones favorite Italian dessert Tiramisu. This is the best Tiramisu recipe you’ll ever make and it is so easy. Watch to get the step by step instructions so you can share this dessert with your family and friends. One important ingredient that Nonna always adds to her recipe is cooking with her heart. Ingredients:
2 cups of Espresso Coffee (the espresso coffee must be cold)
5 eggs (separate the yolk and egg whites)
1 Tablespoon of Cognac (or what ever alcoholic drink you like)
5-8 Tablespoon of Sugar
16 oz (2 Cups) Mascapone Cheese.
14 oz of Italian Lady Finger cookie (4 sheets)
Chocolate (grated)

Refrigerate for 24 hours before serving. Can be kept in refrigerator for 5 days.

If you like, you can also freeze the Tiramisu and serve at a later date. Let defrost in refrigerator for up to 24 hours before serving.
