Sorry but he seems to through a name of a real dish out there on his vids then just puts leftovers and whatever in a pan. While being sort of loud mouth about it all.

Using only a skillet, a pair of tongs, a 6" knife, and a gas flame, this guy's cooking blows everybody else's cooking out the window. Years of experience of knowing how much heat, the selection of ingredients and using the correct amount of seasoning, produces the best tasting food found anywhere. He just makes it look easy.
