   Still breaks my heart to think about poor Antonio that fell alone at home and died, I really hope that he died right away so he didnt suffer alone and being afraid. RIP the father of italian food.

   I loved Antonio , he was a joy to watch there was nothing flashy or showing off about him. I miss that to many chefs on TV today it's all about them. He made you feel it was about you.

    I have only known this recipe as pork jowl sauteed with onion and tomatoes with perfect pasta and pecorino romano… And, I am not Italian. What gives?!?
