Tortellini Alla Panna with Bacon, Mushroom in a cream sauce (VIDEO)
This Tortellini Alla Panna is made using fresh tortellini making it a fast and amazing recipe. It’s made with bacon, mushroom, cheese and a herb white wine cream sauce. If you like Alfredo pasta or Carbonara then you will absolutely love this. Use the tortellini filling you enjoy such as cheese, veal etc. Enjoy my Tortellini Alla Panna! Please comment and let me know! Chef Joel.

Ok, I think this will be my second dish I will make. You have so many to choose from. I just have a love for great food, which is what you present all of the time.
This video is my expectation… but the reality is I will burn my kitchen down attempting this dish. π
I donβt know if I want to eat, or make love to my wife after watching that video. π€·π»ββοΈ Iβve never been so conflicted. π³ I saved it just in case itβs the latter. π

Chef Joel another "must try" recipe.
All the very best for all of you.
From Colombia.
Those are not "fresh tortellini". Panna ruins everything, because it covers every other flavour. In Emilia, where tortellini were born (around Modena/Bologna), tradition prescribes only capon broth. Tortellini, the real ones (which are very different from these ones) are rich inside, so you don't need much more ingredients to enrich the dish flavour.
How about a fiocchi di pera recipe π!!
Thanks for all your wonderful recipes…
