INGREDIENTS:
Ingredients for Stuffed Chicken Parmesan:
4 medium chicken breasts (1 1/2 lbs)
1/3 cup all-purpose flour or gluten free flour (Namaste brand)
3/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 large eggs, well beaten with a fork
1/2 cup (1 oz) plain bread crumbs (or finely crushed GF cracker crumbs such as Glutino brand)
1/3 cup (1 oz) finely grated parmesan cheese
3 Tbsp extra light olive oil, plus more as needed
2 cups marinara sauce (homemade or store-bought)
6 oz (1 1/2 cups) shredded mozarella cheese, divided (4 oz and 2 oz)
Fresh basil to garnish

So I made this a few weeks ago and it came out perfect!! The one thing I did change was the bread crumbs. I used Italian instead of the plain and it was awesome!! Thank you so much for sharing!!🤗

Use plastic gloves
1st. Flour all chicken then add all chickens to the egg mixture which i like to add season, shake the mixture while using a spoon to coat then transfer to a baking tray with your breadcrumb mixture and continue to coat in the same way. Always make enough so you need a tray thats big enough for your chickens then while you shake the tray chickens will get coated… 25 years a chef never have i had to wipe off eggie flour mixture..
