Simple Pastas: Spaghetti Carbonara (VIDEO)
My daughter Tanya and I prepare some delicious Spaghetti Carbonara. This recipe is definitely a crowd pleaser and it has some of the flavors loved most by Americans: bacon, eggs, cheese, and of course pasta.

I enjoyed watching you and your daughter cook this dish and it looked wonderful at the end – my effort didn't look all that good, the egg sort of looked a tiny bit scrambled, but the dish didn't taste
too bad. Thankfully, it was still edible.
Aw well, maybe next time I'll get it right.

Italian woman can almost literally take garbage, and turn it into a culinary masterpiece. My mothers family is from Italy and she can simply look at something cooking on the stove, and it turns into a masterpiece of delicious flavor. I adore my mama.
Lidia is the master matriarch of the Italian kitchen. Her food to me seems like it is nothing less than perfection. Also her children appreciate and respect her and she obviously, adores them. It's nice.

Where is "tutti a tavola a mangare"?
Nice! One thing I saw on another channel is pouring the pasta water into the serving bowl to pre-heat it before discarding the water and placing the pasta in the bowl. Good use of excess water!
