Hello Gennaro, Happy New Year from sunny Greece. You and Tobie are superb and your gnocchi looked scrumptious and I looooove gnocchi!!!! During my summer vacation in a small town of Corinth there`s a beautiful restaurant by the sea. There they serve the best gnocchi with a rich creamy sauce made of 4 cheeses. Do you have a good recipe for a cheese sauce? There are lots of recipes on YouTube, but I would like to try one of yours. Thank you in advance. Peace and Love

I’ve made many of his dishes but this one didn’t turn out, tried twice and screwed the pooch! It turns out as mash potatoe balls in butter, not good. Wish I knew what I did wrong
