I've got my escarole at home waiting for the escarole stuffed pizza recipe to upload. I can put it between pizza dough but should I bake it like a calzone, I thought I remembered seeing on your vlog channel that you put pizza sauce on top after cooking it like a pie?

Absolutely not! Lettuce is meant to be eaten as is. cooking it would ruin it. Try using Kale, Spinach, or even broccoli robs.
