Rolled Italian Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients:

1 lb of ground beef 80/20
Some fresh spinach
A few slices of bacon, cheese and ham
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of black pepper
1 cup of Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1 tbsp of garlic powder


Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees
Combine ground beef with garlic powder, bread crumbs, eggs, salt and pepper, mix it all in
Grab some alumunin foil and spread out the ground beef, shape itnto a rectangle
Lay out the ham, cheese and spinach
Very gently begin to roll the meatloaf, set it a side
Grab another piece of aluminum foil and lay out the bacon
Place your rolled up meatloaf over the bacon and roll up again
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour
Once out of the oven, let it rest for 10 mins
Serve and enjoy !
