Nice recipe. But Joe can you make a Ricotta Pie like from Maria's bakery in East Boston. Seriously, you can order one shipped right to your house. This is not the heavy super sweet NY cheesecake that I hate. This is authentic Ricotta Pie with minimal sugar, light, melts in your mouth. What do you say?
