I love yu and love your recipes but omg i used like 3 cups of flour and it still did not thickn, followed the video precisely aswell, i guess it takes a magic touch

I just made the dough….BUT… I had to use around 3 cups of flour….
Whilst it is effectively ricotta gnocchi, the correct name is Dundari alla Minorese.

word of advice; try and work your main ingredients by feel of the mix.
It should be dry, yes but a tad sticky
and don't over work it – form the mix with a light touch – don't smash it, it effects the gluton
how much ricotta do you use? I just made some fresh so I can make this and just realized you don't say how much. Is it one pound?
