cheese tortellini is really good with pesto as well. just had some but I added fresh mozzarella, red cherry tomato's and some chopped thick cut bacon bits. and nice 69' red wine I am a happy camper π

add little water to the sauce and cook the pasta in the sauce. buy a power strip, it will trip first saving you a trip to the fuse box
