No need for chili with the delicious and delicate taste of porcini mushrooms in my opinion but otherwise brilliant recipe, as always. Grazie mille Gennaro!

Bravo Gennaro!
any idea the size of the pan Gennaro is using?
Mr Gennaro, you make me start cooking!! From Hong Kong.
His enthusiasm kinda annoys me… love his food, but his whole performance seems a little forced.
This is what I am talking about!
I know Gennero is a really good cook. But i hate when tv chefs top the finished dish with bunched up herbs on top, just to make the dish look good for the camera.
I see so many celebrity chefs garnish a dish with a little leaf of parsley on top, then when they go to taste the dish, they eat around the raw, fresh, herb.
Dont put herbs on top of your dish for the sake of making the dish "look" good for the camera. Instead, cook with the herbs.
Most celebrity chefs think "garnish" means to top a dish with an herb to make it look good. No, garnish just means its a side of the main thing on the plate. If you plate steak and potatoes, the potatoes will be the garnish.
Thank you Gennaro….I done it and i have to tell you that ypu was right…its exacly what you are saying…its so simple ao easy and so delkcious…thank you
