I spaghetti alla bolognese NON ESISTONO. Mettetelo in testa. Il ragù bolognese esiste e per farlo correttamente bisogna cuocere a fuoco lento per 45 minuti. Ricetta depositata presso la camera di commercio di Bologna. Tutto il resto fa ridere!!

Spaghetti?? Really? 🙈 no true Italian, no matter where they are from in Italy, would ever serve a bolognese sauce with spaghetti. It goes with Tagliatelle, always Tagliatelle.
