no garlic?
Are you nuts? No cheese?
No salt, no pepper, no herbs of any kind…… and the food processor didn't "chop" the vegetables, it turned them into a puree! Gross!!! This was a really poor recipe . NO garlic, pureed vegetables that are supposed to be chopped….. no idea of seasoning. Bleh!
Che bella la Nonna di Pescara! My Nonna was from provincia di Chieti. W Abruzzo!
Belle ! Che bel piatto ! Mi piace tanto !!
Yummy version of Pasta Fagioli. Please check out my Pasta Fagioli and let me know what nonna thinks 🙂
What about the Parmigiano-Reggiano, or Pecorino!
I really wish you could erase or delete those nasty comments below.
Thanks for putting this up. My grandmother made this style of pasta fazool. I'm still eating after 60 years as I made sure I learned how to make it. As Young children she would put hotdogs in the mix to entice the young ones to eat it. We ate it with gusto and a loaf of Italian bread with loads of butter.Â
Nonna I am sure you are a great cook but this Principessa has to go, she has no clue, first time I ever seen anyone blend the beans, or the vegetables for that matter what are you making baby food! Â Che Katso!
did i miss the addition of salt and pepper? Â herbs and spices? Â seasoning of any kind?
hahahahhahahahahhaha
She does. They're doing it together.
I make this a bit differently..adding garlic and red sauce but this looks yummy also.
Regionally it's made a little differently as are many dishes. My Italian grandmother added garlic and tomato sauce and our pasta e fagioli was red, but everything else was the same. Pureeing half of the beans is so effective in making this soup so rich. This looks SO good, thanks for sharing.
Yah..wheres da garlic?
no garlic????????
Can't hear what the cook says!!
