the bread soaks up meat juice/fat…helps texture. few know the proper consistency for a gooda meatball. some like lead, some greasy balloons. when someone tries a real meatball, simmered for hours in gravy, they scream "a MAMA MIA!!!".

Most Cooks are clueless when it comes to cross contamination…This is why 75 million americans get food poisoning, mostly from restaurants…This is what he did with camera's running…..IMAGINE when no ones watching…..Shouldn't be allowed near a kitchen, I don't care how Fucking great you think you are.
