Like "Good Seasons" Italian Salad Dressing Dry Mix (VIDEO)
I love to keep this on hand. It is so inexpensive to make and I love this not only for salad but also as a meat marinade. I had doubled this recipe–here is the recipe that make about 4 “bottles” of dressing
Like “Good Seasons” Italian Salad Dressing Dry Mix
1 Tbsp. Garlic salt
1 Tbsp. Onion Powder
1 Tbsp. Sugar
2 Tbsp. Dried Oregano
1 tsp. Black pepper
1/4 tsp. Dried Thyme
1 tsp. Dried Basil
1 Tbsp. Dried Parsley
1/4 tsp. Celery Salt
1 Tbsp. Salt
Mix together and store in a airtight container.
To Make the Dressing:
Whisk together 1/4 cup white vinegar, 2/3 cup either canola oil or olive oil, 2 Tbsp. water and 2 Tbsp. Dry Mix. Let chill.

The written recipe notes 1/4 c of vinegar but the spoken instructions noted 2/3 c, which is correct?

Just like the commercial version–you have to shake it before each use.
Just like the commercial packets dressing you have to shake or mix it before each use.
HOw do you keep the dressing from separating?
I tried this and really liked it.
