I made it and tasted today for first time. Amazing taste. No comparison to bottled ones. I' m making a lot more as we speak. Roma tomatoes are great suggestion. For the first batch I used cherry tomatoes. Spectacular!!!

I feel like so many enjoyable things were invented by accident. Like some dude with a major hangover found some diced tomatoes he forgot about, and realized they had a good texture and longer lifespan.

On 2017 i was in malaysia ,i heard the same sound of that birds in the beginning of this video and i also saw the same trees or leafy trees on your background in malaysia too,are you in malaysia or equatorial country when you filming this.
