Italian Herbs & Cheese Bread – Part 2 (VIDEO)

Ingredients:
2 envelopes or 4 tsp rapid rise yeast
1 TB sugar
2 cups warm water
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 TB olive oil
5 cups flour (all purpose or bread flour)


Directions:
In mixing bowl add water, sugar and yeast. Stir to dissolve yeast.
Add olive oil.
Add flour and salt.
Knead in stand mixer on speed 2 for 8 – 10 minutes.
Equally half dough into two sections.
Place in oiled bow, oil the top of dough, and cover.
Place in warm place and allow to rise and double in size.
Punch down dough and pour out onto greased surface.
Pat out into rectangle shape and starting with wide edge start folding dough over and pressing out excess air.
Tuck in ends of dough and place of baking sheet or loaf bread mold.
Score a thin line down the center of each dough.
Cover in saran wrap loosely and allow second rise.
Lightly spray or brush each loaf with water and add seasoning mix to coat the top.
Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
Place in preheated 375* oven and bake 35-40 minutes or until a nice golden brown. (bread should sound hollow when you tap on it)
Remove from oven and place on wire rack and allow to cool.
Serve
