Thank You, Gina! I’ve been making lasagna for at least 40 years. It’s my oldest sons favorite dish. However I make a meat sauce. Never have separated any ingredient. All 3 of my kids love it, but each has their favorite. I’m so glad I’m doing it right!
Now my mother made a killer chicken cacciatore but never taught me how. I’m going to follow your recipe. I know it will be great.
By the way do you put a little sugar in your tomato dishes? Thank you so much for sharing your recipes with us!!

This great grandma is a world asset, I would like her to be part of my family. One humble suggestion. We live in a fast world, your videos are too long. Would be better to have all ingredients cut and ready to use before the video, list them, cook and show your final product. Your videos should not last more than 5 minutes. I wanted to watch this video, but is 41.59 minutes long, not time for that. Another thing is the singing, cut that as well and save time. Beside that everything is perfect. This is a positive feedback, I hope that you take it that way. Thanks and I hope that this grandma live 100 more years.
