My Mother was italian (full) and she lived in New Jersey also. She talked and cooked just like you. I am going to have chicken parmesagno tomorrow night and I already know how to cook the gravy. When i cook it with saugage i cook it for about 6-8 hours or more. But i am changing it a little bit to match yours. Wish me luck and thank you so much for the videos. Munga Munga

my grandma was 92 as she died, no chef could cook like her. only old people can cook am meal from scrap, that taste better then a 6 star meal. no flavor enhancers or something else. old people are the best. honor them.

My grandmother, who is deceased may god rest her soul, wasn't italian, Taught me how to cook, very well. Alot of people always said cooking was always my passion, and I tell them its thanks to my grandmother. I wish she was here to see me now.
