Just got done having this for dinner. This is absolutely delicious!! If you like olives and capers you will love this recipe with the fresh tomatoโs onions garlic and herbs. The chicken was so tender. I did season it with salt pepper and garlic. The sauce was soaked up with hard crusted Italian bread. It was sooo good!!

Great recipe Laura! Chicken ragu is a recipe I love to make in the fall as it's just such a cosy night in with the fire lit kind of meal. Plus the smell of this cooking is amazing. I love the combo of rosemary, olives and bay leaves too this time of year. This dish really is amazing with pasta or rice ๐
