Delizioso! I tried this once made by a very authentic Italian friend and never experienced such enjoyment in a dish, your recipe is an exact recreation of that experience, thank you for showing me how to make this. Grazie mille

This is a classic example of some douche trying to get cute with a very simple recipe. It’s only four ingredients. That’s it!!!!
Can you taste the egg cause I’m not really a fan of the taste of eggs ?
I concur with other posters.. you need to do a close up of the finished product (like Chef John).
Love spag.carbonara. thx for sharing all the info on the recipe.
Too much talking. Got bored before you got to the actual recipe. Recipe looks delicious though.
To add to your comments about how it is made differently by region, I will only say, variety is the spice of life. 🙂
onion, butter, parsley, oil….. what is that????? There's no place in Italy where you'll find them in a Carbonara
Everything you change or add to a classic Carbonara makes it a different dish!!! Don't call this carbonara, please.
Uh, no.
Hi Joe i love your recipes but you you take to long
Great stuff Joe and a really great channel. I will be looking through a bunch of your videos as time permits. I really enjoy it. Thanks for putting this up there.
Butter yummy…also you could temper the egg with a little pasta water to be sure it does not scramble….love your recipes, just made your chicken parm with pancetta & almonds & your sauce….delish man, my guests were so impressed…# 1 fan from Ottawa Canada.👌
E niente, aho, proprio gnaapotetefa'… 💩
add some pasta water improve the sauce.
You talk too much. Too much. And please don't talk Italian you are an embarrassment. Not even close to the Roman carbonara.
You’re sooooo cruel when you eat 😢
