Made my biscotti and it was ammaazzing.. i actually had no sugar so it was without sugar
And still we loved it. All other measurements were followed to the T. My hubby and daughter loved it too!!!

I mixed up the almond flour and the coconut flour
They all fell apart in the pan
Biscotti is already plural (of biscotto), so biscottis is redundant. Just sayinโ
Mine didnโt look like Mattโs (maybe the flax meal was not the Golden kind?) and almost burned at 350 for 30 minutes.
They were crumbly, too when I cut them in preparation for the second baking and didnโt hold together well.
Afterwards, it seemed too soft like Matt said. Iโm still waiting for the biscotti to harden. ๐
Did I mention biscotti means twice baked? Lol
Do you guys notice a difference between swerve and erythritol? Ik their kinda the same but swerve gives me โ intestinal distressโ ๐๐ฉ. but different sweeteners made mostly of erythritol do not.
I wish someone would figure out a keto pizzelle recipe. I have two irons just collecting dust since I've been off grains.

I make bicotti 3 times a year – have been for years – will try this recipe since I no longer do carbs – but these are much easier if you fashion the batches into loaf shapes and not round. That will produce the right size and the traditional angle at the end of each one will be there.
Cantucci is the real name. they are used for dessert: typical is Cantucci and Vin santo (it's a dessert wine); You are supposed to sock the biscuit in the wine and eat it. Another name is almond cookies or almond biscuits.
