Love you two interesting people and thanks for the post. I will shop today so I can make this tomorrow. I would like to make sweet & spicy Italian sausage with the addition of lots of fennel seeds and some brown sugar 😉 I had never heard of the mushroom dust before but the richness will be great.
I made this, added a couple extra things. Really nice to have on hand!
