Can't believe I just watched almost 5 minutes on how to assemble half a sandwich. Lol!
I didn't think this was ,yuck, I like open faced sandwich that is toasted. But, maybe that's how she stays so thin. That's all she ate! Lol ❤️
Why not put a piece of bread on top with mayo and have a sandwich? Instead you bite in to it and everything falls off and the oil drips down your hand. Just dumb.

I think Giada does out standing with her recipes she makes everything looks good.
Grill pan is a good idea that saves to use too much oil and gaining more calories.
