I love your videos Nonna and i'm going to try this chicken marsala recipe it looks delicious. I have a question when it comes to cooking with wine should you cook with a wine that you would like to drink or doesn't it matter seeing how your cooking it or is the wine that's used for cooking just a cooking wine? I'm not worried about this dish seeing how it's chicken marsala but some of your other dishes…

I love trying world foods and this looks so good.
But due to religious reasons, we do not use alcohol in food making. Although, alcohol do evaporate but i want to know if there is a non-alcoholic substitute for marsala wine?
