I thought Italians used double 00 flour–semolina flour. Not American white.

Sugar is totally unnecessary to make a good pizza dough! Moreover to much oil will prevent the dough bubbling and properly rising while baking.

Joe — Your videos rock! Im going to try this Margherita recipe. My wife likes the Margherita at California Pizza Kitchen which isnt horrible but when I have it, I just always think it could be better.
