Frittata: Italian Egg, Sausage and Potato Pie, Italian Recipe – Gianni’s North Beach (VIDEO)
Frittata is a versatile dish. You can use whatever ingredients you want to make yours. Here I use some of my favorites. Browned potatoes and onions are the base. Fresh mozzarella, roasted sausage, grated pecorino, chopped parsley enhance the egg mixture. You can make your frittata in less than 15 minutes.

Italians taught the world how to eat. nothing crazy, just simple hearty meals that taste awesome. I make this all the time, I like to throw some green pepper and pancetta in as well
Beautifu!, That is the way I was taught to make a frittata..no baking to finish..you flip it over! Flipping it over just has a much better taste.
I would 've placed it in the oven in the fry pan.
Do you use raw potatoes or are they parboiled?
Grew up making potatoes and eggs in cast iron skillet all my life great job.

Will it taste as good if I cut the ingredients with a normal chef's knife instead of cutting with a gladius the way Gianni did?

Gianni. If you are going to do these terrific cooking videos you may want to improve your knife skills. There are YouTube videos available that teach great knife skills. I don't want you to cut those teaching, cooking, handsome fingers of yours.
