Fried Rice Balls Arancini Cooking Italian with Joe (VIDEO)
Take a trip to Sicily with me as we enjoy an authentic Italian classic from the south of Italy, Sicilian Fried Rice Balls or Arancini. Today is a special recipe as I make them with risotto and stuff with grilled pancetta and prosciutto, mozzarella, and goat cheese.
Thank you for the video. I have been trying to learn how to make these for so long. You make it so easy..
Hey Joe just a point no tutorial for the rice or filling?? The rice doesn't need eggs if risotto is cook correctly
Apart from being a great chef, he’s super handsome.
Amazing…..
You should not put so many in the pot, they bring down the temp and the arancini soak up too much oil. I like your mixture and your methods, but my Mom taught me to refrigerate the breaded arancini for about 20 minutes first, then to fry them. They get a crispier coating on them.
I made Arancini today, used my old Italian cookbook, it just said to use left over meat , so I used some meatballs that already had gravy on them and added some peas carrots and some Mexican cheese I had, came out pretty good but I am working on trying to shape them into more of an egg shape. to give it that authentic look. My dad would have been proud of me. I like your sight. My music playing is Jerry Vale.
fantastic recipe…tysm 🙂
The background music make this difficult to get through.
