Last year we were in Greece, Creta on the vacation and there we ate this meal very often (with small differences – they used localy produced cheeses). I tried to find recipe for it, but without success. Until recently, your youtube video was linked on one of the food blogs which I'm following. Immediately, I knew that was it! Perfect recipe! It become regular on our weekly menu! Thank you very much!
