    Great recipe as always Laura 🙂 I totally 100% agree with you nothing will ever be as good as homemade. I think we're very blessed that in the Italian culture that's how we were raised and that's the way of life. I love making mushroom soup when me and hubby go for long winter walks around the park here in NYC, on these lovely winter days, especially when there's snow it's amazing. We always make ours in a stock pot too ⛄⛄⛄
