Cooking Italian with Joe
What is half and half?
So how much ½ & ½ ??? You never say 😔
Hi love your video and your cooking so much. would you please write the ingredients for me?? Thanks a lot.
Joe, HOW MUCH half n half?!
You have inspired me to get my grandchildren into the kitchen to make memories. Perhaps we should start with panna cota. Thank you.
I do make panna cotta often but my recipe is slightly different.
Joe, talk to a producer at food network or the CREATE channel. You are worthy!
Also, joe are you from south jersey? Or philly? You sound like me the,way i pronounce words
Ah Joe, your memories are exactly like mine!!!! When i was sick my mom made me her whiskey eggnog. But youve brought me back. Waaaay back to the early 60s with my Italian mom and little Italian grandmom who called me Kat-a-lee.. she was so amazing, i can still hear her voice,in that broken English. Boy could she make coffee! And she taught me how to pour some in a saucer and drink off it to cool it. The food I ate growing up is the sum of me. The lessons I learned while cooking, sharing, laughing, caring, taking direction, these were parts of my rites of passage in growing up into a proper young lady. Hard to do with 4 older brothers and i was the baby. God bless you for your insight, sharing your life and love of food, Joe. Youre a beacon for this lonely empty nester and cooking just for 2 is no fun! ♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡
Just started following you and I am making this for the first time. I had to guess on the Half and Half cause I don't think you said how much. Well its in the fridge and hoping for the best.
I have been wanting to make this and for the life of me, I couldn't remember the name of the dessert! I'm gonna make this for the wife and kids and become an instant super hero!…..lol
