Between the filthy hands and the very questionable cooking methods and skills this video creates a very poor impression for the Lakehurst, NJ restaurant. They do put on live "Cooking with Carlo" events, but either the audiences attending are the quietest, most well behaved on earth or all these videos are staged to look like a live show. Kinda silly, really. The Angelo and Carlo videos are much more professional (…and not cringy like this one.)

dude, yer killin me! you rolled it kind of funny but, you skipped the most important part. your supposed to brown it the deglaze the pan with wine. add the entire pan to the sauce.
