What can I use instead of vegetable stock
this is what i hate about these recipes…I live in a small town in india and i would like to make that delicious pasta. I have somehow procured spaghetti but how on earth am i going to get Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley. Plus you say that it needs vegetable stock for this.. How to make that??? So, for making stock i need to go and search a recipe for vegetable stock and make it . Not to mention how much veggies will be wasted to make just 1 cup of stock… and no.. just as i dont get cheese and parsley. i dont get those ready made dehydrated stock cubes also.
WHY DONT YOU GUYS TELL US THE SUBSTITUTES FOR THESE INGREDIENTS? so that even people like me in small towns can also make them???
Do we need staw for this? Can we find substitute for that? it will take time to make staw………

I have to politely say that I don't care much for the music here, in general, (just my humble opinion 😎 ) but it's definitely too loud during the instruction portion of the video. It shouldn't compete with the chef's voice. Great recipe, though! 😎
