A Day in My Life On Weight Watchers Freestyle | Italian Sub Wrap | One-Pot Cheesy Italian Pasta (VIDEO)
Happy Wednesday! I lost my morning footage but I made the BEST Italian Sub Wrap today, I’ll have to make it again SOON! Dinner was a new easy recipe:
One-Pot Cheesy Italian Pasta and Chicken
8 Oz baby spinach leaves
1 cup sun dried tomatoes NOT packed in oil
1 large onion, sliced
1 pound uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast cut into bite size pieces
6 garlic cloves sliced
1 pound dry linguine
2 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tsp salt
1 tsp proper
1 tsp crushed red pepper
4 c chicken broth
1 c Chardonnay
4 Oz fresh Parmesan shredded
Combine 1/2 of spinach with tomatoes, onion, chicken, garlic, linguine, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper in 5 quart Dutch oven over medium high heat. Pour chicken stick and wine over too. Cover and bring to a boil.
Cook 7-9 minutes until Pasta is al dente. Toss pasta with tongs occasionally to keep pasta from sticking. You will still have some liquid left.
Turn off heat and add cheese to pasta. Toss with tongs until cheese melts. Toss in remaining spinach. Serve.

Hi Juli! It's really not a huge surprise to me that your recipe is 11 pts when pasta is 5 or 6. It looks great! Did you figure out how to get the recipe thing work we talked about end of August? I didn't.

Yes yes yes, plank challenge. I have been doing a adapted version of the squat challenge this month..couldn't make myself do 180 squats in a day yet again, lol. However they work for sure. I am a huge fan of Pilates and my classes have just started up again…So happy…planks are part of this…So I got this challenge.
