INGREDIENTS veal  salt pepper prosciutto  sage butter
 
DIRECTIONS 1. Season the veal with salt and pepper. 2. Place a slice of prosciutto and a sage leaf on top of each slice of veal and secure them with a toothpick. 3. Cover the bottom part with flour and then pan fry them in some butter until golden. 4. Serve hot.
