Everything looks great. Watched a few videos. My Italian family shares the same surname as Nonna Angelina P! My wife and I have been exploring our Italian roots and enjoy making authentic recipes. Although, I am not exactly a pizzaiolo. I'll leave it to the pros. before I get "acquainted" with the rolling pin lol

OMG, my Nonna used ti have a very similar "crock" she was from Campo Basso and used the same exact way you and Nonna are cooking this and this how my family has cook it fir ever. I make pasta with marinara sauce and chickpeas all the time. I didn't even know this was a regular thing. I like to add some tinned sweet corn in there too.
