I used fresh pasta and chopped the chicken into pieces. Making things even faster. And when I tasted the sauce, I felt something was missing. So I added some white wine. Which according to my taste made the sauce even more delicious.

I am a really bad cook, but I just made this by sticking to the exact recipe, something I never usually do, but at 73 years old I thought what the hell, just do it exactly like the lady, and I have to say had I been charged £20 in a restaurant for it, I would have been very very happy, and would have been going back tomorrow, seasoning really does make the difference. Thank you so much, you have no idea what a difference you made to my life.

Love this charming charismatic girl. This pasta dish is delicious. Made it last night. That trick with saving a drop of the pasta water in the pasta worked like a charm and the sauce came out just right. Two thumbs up and keep those videos coming luv.
